Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing products from Knotweed Farm, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase cannabis products in New York State. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all purchases.

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Purchase Limits

In accordance with New York State law, adults may purchase up to 3 ounces of cannabis flower or 24 grams of concentrated cannabis per transaction. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use products in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws

• Attempt to circumvent age verification measures

Health & Safety Warnings

Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
