Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of cannabis products and New York State regulations, we have specific return policies:
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product (e.g., damaged packaging, contaminated product, or product that does not match the label), please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will replace the product or provide a refund at our discretion.
Unopened Products
Unopened products with intact seals may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase and valid ID. Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Products without proof of purchase
- Products purchased more than 7 days ago (except for defects)
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us within the applicable timeframe
- Provide your proof of purchase (receipt)
- Describe the issue with the product
- Bring the product and original packaging to our retail location, or contact us for instructions
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account. Exchanges will be processed immediately based on product availability.
Damaged During Transport
If you receive a product that was damaged during transport, please do not open it. Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
